Norende’s sole survivor
Final Fantasy Agito – Square Enix’s upcoming smartphone game tied to the Final Fantasy Type-0 universe – has been delayed according to a new report in Famitsu this week.
Now slated to release some time in Spring, this free-to-play title introduces some new characters to the mix – namely a male character by the name of Lean Hanpleman (voiced by Koki Uchiyama) and a female called Toono Mahoroha (voiced by Hitomi Terakado). Both voice actors took up roles in the original Final Fantasy Type-0.
In addition to a brand new key visual and gamplay screenshots, the magazine also details some of Agito’s new quest systems – some of which can be triggered depending on the day of the week in the real world.
It’s been quite a few months without a single piece of information or promotional media for either of the two Kingdom Hearts titles currently in the works. At long last, there’s finally an update to break through the incredible news drought, and merchandise collectors will be especially pleased.
Through Hidemi Matsuzuka - the General Manager of Square Enix’s Merchandising Division - comes the arrival of Kingdom Hearts II Rubber Straps! You may recall a similar set having been released for the series’s first HD remaster, so it’s only natural that a second will follow.
Further information will be provided when available.
